Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Customer Support Associate at our Warehouse in Worthington, Ohio. As our Customer Support Associate, you will assist our international and domestic customers with order coordination, inquiries, and help resolve any conflicts they may experience. In addition, you will schedule, reschedule, change and update customer orders as needed. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills.

Your responsibilities in this role will also include but are not limited to:

* Communicate with regional account managers and/or the customer to verify that the equipment ordered meets the customer's requirements and that the purchase order lists complete instructions with the correct price and model numbers

* Review all purchase orders and related documents to verify the orders are in compliance with internal and external (export) regulations

* Enter and review orders manually in SAP/ Request pricing from Marketing Teams

* Review purchase orders and release them in SAP / Review purchase requisitions in SAP

* Request new and revised customer account information from our Customer Data Steward

* Schedule orders for shipment per required lead times and the customer's requested delivery date

* Transmit order acknowledgements and invoices to the customers on a daily basis

* Reschedule orders that are released from "holds" and re-acknowledge the customer

* Request new materials or updates/ C ommunicate with material planners, production and shipping department to facilitate order deliveries

* Invoicing duties

* An Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related field is preferred or 3+ years in a business to business customer service or support role

* Basic math skills to calculate amounts, quantities, etc.

* Proficient in using Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Outlook; maintaining calendar, creating, sending and receiving emails

* Multitasking - ability to properly prioritize multiple requests and or tasks to ensure best possible coverage

* Time management skills

* Effective communication skills

* Successful stress management skills- ability to deal with frustrated customers without taking it personal

* Previous experience with SAP CRM and ECC would be highly desirable
