Job Details

THE ROLE

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for completing the accounting functions of the agency, including statement reconciliation and timely receipts and disbursements. Responsible for month end processing. Work closely with bank accounting and cashier staff.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Download direct bill commission transactions
  • Obtain company statements
  • Create activities and attach needed documentation
  • Import transactions from Excel commission statements
  • Reconcile direct bill and agency bill statements
  • Verify accuracy of statements in coordination with agency management system
  • Record commission
  • Pay balance on commission statements
