Your Impact - Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of the restaurant to ensure a great guest experience.
- Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching team members for both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Lead day and night shifts under the direction of the Director & Management team.
- Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
- Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Background Profile - Three-day work week with an alternating schedule (week one: work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday-then off Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; then week two: work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, off Sunday and repeat)
- For 3 day work week, must be able to work three 12 -14 hour shifts (with meal breaks)
- Looking for Front of House OR Back of House (all shifts)
- Restaurant experience (preferred)
- Assistant Manager (and above) must have a basic understanding of kitchen operations
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
