General Function:
- Manage the front desk during scheduled work times in the Y203 and I223 Computer Labs.
ResponsibilitiesAssist students and authorized staff with questions and problems.
Report hardware and software problems to the service desk.
Enforce lab rules and maintain study zone environment.
Open and/or close computer labs as scheduled.
QualificationsAbility to work independently, problem solve, trouble shoot and resolve issues as needed. Customer service experience helpful and basic knowledge of computers. Must be a registered student with a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester.
