The ROCKWOOL Groups main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.

**This is the role:**

We are currently seeking the professional talent and energies of a proven professional who will represent the ROCKWOOL Values of Responsibility, Ambition, Integrity and Efficiency by joining our North American Building Insulation team in the role of Territory Sales Manager (TSM) based near Charlotte, NC. Including a travel geography of North Carolina, southern Virginia and the state of West Virginia.

The TSM responsibilities include maintaining existing business and expanding ROCKWOOLs position as a major supplier of stone wool insulation to the entire building insulation sector in the territory. You will help develop and sustain robust business relationships with customers and industry professionals including but not limited to insulation and building material distributors, retail/LBM locations, architects, designers, specification writers and engineers. You will also maintain awareness of local competitive conditions in the assigned area. Achieving established sales and profit goals while operating within the allocated expense budget are mission critical to your success.

* Four-year college/university degree

* 3 years industry experience

* Valid drivers license

* High drive, commitment, energy and integrity

* Positive sales track record in the building materials industry with proven training skills

* Excellent time management skills

* Solid communication skills both written and oral

* Solid computer skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

* Reasonable understanding of the commercial and residential construction process

* Position is field-based and requires travel activity within the territory 90% of the time

* Willingness for overnight travel up to 50%
