Duties/Responsibilities
- Experience in selling commodities

- Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management.

- Ability to work as a member of a team and with all levels and departments within the company
Business Development: - Scout for new business opportunities through email outreach and cold calls.
- Assess prospects' industry position, ingredient utilization, and potential for partnerships.
- Ability to gain intuition for changing market dynamics and anticipation of customer needs
- Strength in relaying market knowledge, information insights and interpretations from procurement and origin-based teams in usable, efficient terms.
- Effective and efficient assessment and analysis of provided data and reports for use in directly growing sales
- Persistent and pervasive selling persona required
- Expand the customer prospect list through online research, on-site scouting, and staying abreast of industry trends.
Required Skills/Abilities: - Commodities trading experience preferred
