**Description**

**Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements:**

* Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment

* Must be able to read prints and process sheets

* Must be able to perform first piece inspection as well as in process quality checks accompanied by the required paperwork

* Must be able to properly identify parts and operate all equipment used in the assembly process and be able to identify and properly tag rejected parts

* Must understand and follow all ISO procedures

* Must be able to assist with the training of new employees, and follow all company policies and procedures

* Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training, and accountability

* Must be able to consistently satisfy or exceed productivity requirements

* Must be able to perform inspection process and complete all related production paperwork

* Must be able to set up equipment or machines and perform simple adjustments and minor set up of some dies

* Must be able to work Saturday mornings. Availability and flexibility for 8 hours through rest of week. Max 16 hours a week.

**Experience and General Skills Required:**

* Ability to operate small hand tools (e.g. pliers, screwdrivers, hammer, wrenches, etc.), power tools, and measuring equipment

* Read, learn and follow training, adhere precisely to written procedures

* Problem solving skills

* Must be able to follow detailed instruction, inspection procedures and product appearance

* Will work from engineering drawings and/or specifications

**Education Requirements:** None

**Physical Requirements:** Prolonged standing and walking. Some lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs.) is required. Some daily computer work is required.
