**Description**
Rite-Hite Corporation, a leader in loading dock and industrial door solutions, is seeking a full-time, Customer Support Specialist for Rite-Hite Environmental Enclosures Corporation located in Dubuque, IA. This position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting positive representative relations through effective installation support, CSMS (Customer Service Management System) administration and technical support while limiting exposure to all product quality costs.
**Key Responsibilities**
Develop and conduct field training with Representative organizations, focusing on new product installation and other products as necessary.
Assist engineering with installation & service related aspects of new product development and release. Participate in prioritizing issues, interfacing with engineering, production and staff.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote positive representative relations while limiting exposure to warranty costs through effective processing of customer service and warranty claims per established policies and procedures
Compile, analyze, and report warranty and product problem information
Delight customers with solutions to problems.
Handle returned goods immediately and schedule repairs ahead of customer requirements.
**Qualifications:**
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability in design drafting, including the use of AutoCAD. Excellent organizational skills, negotiation skills and problem solving ability. Basic computer skills required, including word processing and spreadsheet use.
