Job Duties:- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Greet guests upon entrance
- Guide guest through menu and make recommendations
- Anticipate guest needs
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations of the guest
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 50 pounds
- Hours will vary and may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
Requirements- Good energy, outgoing personality, create and maintain a good culture and atmosphere in the restaurant.
- Have desire to serve and please others. Anticipate customers needs.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety, understand food serving habits.
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible, reliable and trustworthy.
- Anticipate guest needs, quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically), polite and friendly attitude..
- Puctual (Being on time)
- Must have your own means of personal transportation of your own to get to and from work.
- Open availability is a PLUS! but not a must.
- Organized and through cleaning skills.
