Our client is a large non-profit healthcare system based in North Carolina. This is a great opportunity to join their security operations team and expand your security skillset. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and maintaining Forescout NAC in a large environment.
All candidates must currently be based in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Michigan, Nebraska, North Carolina, Montana, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
Responsibilities:
85% Security Engineering
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to security engineering activities and initiatives
- Perform infrastructure security design on Network Access Control (NAC) solution
- Install, maintain, and patch Network Access Control (NAC) solution
- Evaluate new security products and solutions
- Writing basic scripts to automate simple tasks using Python or Powershell
15% Architecture and Design
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to security architecture activities and initiative
- Create and/or enhance security policies and procedures
- Provide design and oversight into infrastructure security architectures for Network Access Control (NAC)
- Develop and maintain Network Access Control (NAC) architectural diagrams
Tools:
ForeScout NAC (MUST HAVE), Cisco TrustSec, Cisco ISE, Powershell, and Python
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of security engineer or network engineer experience
- Must have extensive experience maintaining and refining ForeScout, as well as integrating ForeScout into other security solutions (such as EDR and SIEM)
- Cisco TrustSec or Cisco ISE experience is highly preferred.
- Automation experience using Python or Powershell
