We operate well-located multi-tenant light industrial business parks, warehouses, service retail and suburban office buildings in the Portland, Salem and SW Washington markets. Since 1990, we ve built a portfolio of over 100 buildings, measuring approximately 3.6 million square feet, where we lease space to approximately 500 wonderful local, regional and national companies who operate a wide range of businesses out of our properties.
As we continue to grow, we re looking for our next superstar! This Legal Secretary position is new for us, which allows you to mold the role and take ownership of this important position.

Job Description
Spearhead the preparation of Leases, Lease Modifications, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Lease Termination Agreements, Side Letters, Memorandum of Leases, Lease Snapshots, Lease Assignments, Lease Proposals, Sublease Consent Letters, and other similar agreements
Collaborate with leasing, property management, accounting and administrative personnel to ensure that concepts, terms and desired language are incorporated into agreements
Review lease comments and PSA comments and craft responses by editing, revising and/or redlining responses
Provide general administrative support for supervising Principal and leasing team
Read, research, review, verify and route correspondence, reports and legal documents
Work with our outside counsel when needed on certain legal matters and agreements
Research and validate official Tenant entities
Obtain notary certification and notarize documents on our behalf

Legal Secretary certification or diploma

Hours/Compensation
Full time: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5pm
Starting annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
Full benefits, including insurance, PTO, vacation, etc.
