**Digital/Sales Assistant**
**Job Description**
WTHI-TV is seeking an Assistant to join our awarding-winning team. Were a dominant #1 station with great resources and a long tradition of success
**Required Skills**
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Work cooperatively with sales managers, co-workers and clients to deliver a high-level of service
? Assist in the development of sales proposals, advertising packages and client presentations
? Create supportive marketing materials for the Sales Department
? Keep progress on active campaign performance
? Maintain a daily monitoring on active TV & Digital campaigns:
o Wide Orbit- verify orders are booked and billed correctly
o DFP- monitor campaigns for timely delivery and suggest optimization to DSM
o Vendor Interfaces- enter orders and produce reports for active campaigns
? Keep DSM/GSM informed of any critical fulfillment/ workflow issues
? Effectively communicate with internal team, external clients and service providers
? Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
? Work with all political buyers and maintaining political files and inputting political orders
? Look for upsell opportunities within existing digital campaigns
o Bring these opportunities to the AE as well as DSM/GSM
? Back up for traffic department, switchboard and other positions as assigned
? Assisting news department with answering phones and general administrative duties
? Sales telemarketing skills required
? Other duties as assigned by the Digital Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager or General Sales Manager
