The athletic trainer is the liaison between the patient, the medical doctors or their supportstaff, and the schools they cover. Operate as an ATC in a clinical setting. This position is openin both the surgical and non-surgical departments.Typical Working Conditions:Fast paced orthopaedic/ sports medicine practice environment. Occasional night or earlymorning hours as well as the possibility for overtime. Must be able to adjust and adapt tochanging conditions.Work Load: 40-45+ hours a week, Monday-Friday, with availability to answer your phoneon the weekends.RequirementsEducation: Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.Experience: Some clinical experience preferred but not required.Certificate/License: Must be NATA BOC certified and possess or be in the process ofacquiring licensure, certification or registration from the state.
