Junia Holdings also owns and operates George Products Company, specializing in specialty metal fabrication for aerospace, telecommunications, defense, and medical industries.
Role Description
This is a contract Lead Sales Representative role with Junia Holdings Inc. The Lead Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, relationship management, and closing sales deals. This is a hybrid role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and fabrication industries
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings and conferences
- Experience in the optical inspection systems or metal fabrication industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in Business, Sales, or a related field
