Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer IV with expertise in Node.js and Angular to join our dynamic development team. As a Software Developer IV, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust software solutions. Proficiency in Node.js will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Design and modify moderately complex quality software applications by applying fundamental computer science techniques, as assigned.
  • Participate in creating architectural guidelines with technical leadership and investigates industry best practices and innovations when developing product.
  • Communicate progress to leadership, escalate concerns, anticipate roadblocks, and implement solutions.
  • Participate in creative problem-solving and product design.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of multiple tasks as set by management.
  • Actively participate in code validation and code reviews.
  • Participate in risk evaluations associated with code changes and design.


Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Software Development, or other technical / science field preferred.
  • 5 + years experience in Node.JS, Angular, HTML, JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Design pattern knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • This is a hybrid position where you will be working onsite 3 days per week after the first 3 months.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
