Sales Manager Position - Immediate Opening
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be a territory sales killer, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. If you are motivated by uncapped commissions and ready to take on the challenge of developing a lucrative sales territory, we want to hear from you.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in territory sales with significant, quantifiable results.
- Ability to develop and expand sales territory.
- Ambition to advance and grow within the company.
Experience:
- No precast experience required.
- Preference for candidates with strong sales acumen over industry experience
Travel:
- Territory: Texas
- relocation optional; open to candidates willing to travel frequently.
Salary & Commission Structure:
- $80,000 - $90,000 Base + 1.5% Commission Paid Quarterly + Benefits.
- Uncapped with potential to significantly exceed base salary.
- Average quarterly commission for 2nd year onward: $40,000 - $100,000.
- Potential Total Annual Compensation: $200,000 - $500,000
