**Residential House Cleaner**

Duties/Responsibilities (*including but not limited to*)
* Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the home.
* Cleans bathrooms.
* Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and dining areas.
* Washes dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
* Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
* Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
* Places and neatly tucks clean sheets and blankets on beds and replaces pillowcases.
* Picks up and empties trash containers.
* Loads washers and dryers and folds sheets and towels in laundry room as needed.
* Performs deep cleans in assigned homes.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Detail-oriented and thorough.
* Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
* Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
* Reliable transportation to work
* Reliable cell phone service
Education and Experience
* Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.
Physical Requirements
* Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
