Job Title: Pay Per Click Digital Campaign Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer
FLSA Status: Exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage PPC campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust as needed.
- Analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop ad creatives and copy for PPC campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall strategy.
Requirements for Education and/or Experience:- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years experience with PPD digitals campaigns.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Can manage multiple projects at one time.
- Enjoys analyzing data and making changes based off that.
- Can hold vendors and agencies accountable to deliverables.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Experience:- Demonstrate the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Speak, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish a plus.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and detail oriented skills.
