* Janitorial or laborer experience in a facility setting is preferred

* Conduct daily inspections of building exterior and interior
* Perform general janitorial duties and make minor repairs
* Perform general cleaning including sweeping and mopping floors and stairs, cleaning entry doors and glass, mid-day cleaning of washrooms, and other miscellaneous cleaning as needed
* Inspect and test various building equipment such as exit and emergency lights, door relay panel, roof drains, sump pumps, water supply valve, and irrigation
* Receive shipments at loading dock, move palletized and boxed equipment within the facility, organize storage areas, and remove recyclable materials
* In addition, work would include assisting with custodial work, parts and material storage and inventory, equipment operational status checks, and other general work assignments
