We are currently seeking a Waste Team Member to join us at our manufacturing plant in Casa Grande. This key member of our team will ensure waste is handled appropriately and according to our waste/recycling procedures. **The Role:**
* Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safe handling of spent packaging and ensure recycling
* Transporting materials from various departments to designated waste and recycling collection sites
* Record the weights of outgoing bales
* Operation of equipment such as balers, compactors and forklifts
* Loading trailers with baled materials
* Comply with all safety and health regulations
* Ability to enter data into Excel spreadsheets and access Smartsheets
**Qualifications:**
* Highschool Diploma or equivalent qualification
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
* Occupational safety & health administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage
* Excellent physical fitness with the ability to lift a maximum of 75 pounds
