**Job Skills / Requirements**
**Job Summary:**
Provides necessary hands-on care for each child. Participates in planning and implementing daily activities of the children. Provides a positive role model for children. Documents necessary information per Day Care Records.
**Required Education, Skills, and/or Abilities:**
High school education or equivalent.
Worked previously with preschool age children preferred.
Familiar with the daily operation of the Center.
Knowledgeable in the stages of early childhood development.
Interact and provide child care service to customers served, from infants through pre-school.
**Education Requirements (Any)**
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
**Certification Requirements (All)**
BLS, within 3 months of hire
