Jani-King of Phoenix is seeking an Outside Local Sales Account Executive to provide sales for a designated territory to support the growth of over 150 local franchisees!

Jani-King is the global industry leader in the ever-growing $100 billion-dollar commercial cleaning industry.
This top-level local position requires an experienced candidate who possesses a successful track record of 5+ years in cold-calling sales. Some customer leads may be provided. But to be successful in this position, a candidate must have strong leadership abilities, a track record of building sales, solid cold-calling (B2B) capabilities and impressive presentation skills. The Account Executive must be able to network and build a client base within the territory. We are looking for a leader who is reliable and passionate about achieving goals and can produce results.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Passionate, Cold Calling Sales experience (a priority).
Strong negotiation skills.
Effective communication and people skills.
Proven sales success record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals.
The ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands and company goals.
The skills necessary to find new leads for Jani-King in the designated territory.
The ability to manage Sales while promoting a harmonious work environment.
Must be able to build, expand and solidify professional relationships with new and existing customers.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software applications including Outlook and Word.
Janitorial/Commercial cleaning sales experience a plus, but not mandatory.
