Job Summary:
Growing law firm in the Los Angeles area, specializing in plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class action litigation, seeks a highly-qualified intake specialist to join its expanding team. The firm handles cases against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on consumer and employment class actions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
- Screen inbound calls for potential clients and assess their viability.
- Conduct in-person interviews with potential clients and gather necessary evidence.
- Assist in locating missing or unreachable clients as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exhibit compassion, empathy, and professionalism with potential and current clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other applications/systems.
- Minimum 1-2 years of intake experience, preferably in Personal Injury, Employment Law, or Workers' Compensation.
- Salesforce/Litify software background is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
