Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Salon Manager at D'yVonne's Nails and Beauty Bar located in Forest Park, GA. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales and other ad hoc assignments. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a salon or spa management role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of salon products, treatments, and industry trends
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in salon software and computer skills to include Microsoft Suites.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of salon professionals
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
