Argonics, an industry-leading manufacturer of cast polyurethane products, has an immediate opening to join our Team. This is an onsite position located at our facility in Gwinn, Michigan.

Reports To: VP-Director of Operation

Job Status:

  • Salary, Exempt
  • Work Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm M-F.
  • Other days, hours, and travel will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for sales and marketing budgets and forecasts.
  • Supervisory responsibility of sales and marketing staff.
  • Creation and implementation of yearly Revenue Growth A3 plan.
  • Oversite in the development of yearly territory plans and support of their implementation.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Oversees creation and manages pricing/discount structure of the various established product lines and custom products offered to customers. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Prepares periodic sales and marketing reports focusing on meaningful data for targeted sustainable growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer metrics.
  • Researching new product opportunities.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and their unique value proposition.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree with focus on mining, engineering, and/or business, MBA is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales and marketing management capacity, with focus on manufactured goods.
  • Sales and marketing experience in bulk material handling industry highly desired.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Cloud) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills.
  • Results orientated with an ability to lead and motivate team members to achieve results.

Ability to Relocate:

  • Gwinn, MI 49841: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
