Position Overview:

As a Location Manager, you'll be at the forefront, guiding day-to-day operations. Your role will encompass ensuring the seamless delivery of tutoring and academic support services, leading a team of passionate educators, and cultivating an environment where students thrive. Additionally, you will serve as a key liaison, communicating effectively with students and parents to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in marketing and outreach efforts, devising strategies to expand our reach and engage with the community effectively. This full-time salaried position requires 40 hours per week during the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Mastery:

    Take charge of location operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management.

  • Team Empowerment:

    Source, train, and mentor a team of tutors and academic support staff.

  • Customer Engagement:

    Forge and maintain robust connections with students and parents, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Marketing and Outreach:

    Devise strategies to expand our reach and engage with the community effectively, promoting our services and fostering partnerships.

  • Performance Excellence:

    Monitor and enhance tutor performance through constructive feedback and support mechanisms.

  • Quality Assurance:

    Uphold and champion quality assurance standards, ensuring our commitment to educational excellence remains unwavering.

Compensation:

Full-Time: $42,000 starting salary

Benefits: Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Bonus: Performance based monthly bonuses

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is desirable.

  • Previous managerial experience, particularly within an educational context, is advantageous.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and communication.

  • Proven track record in team management and achieving results.

  • Passion for education and a drive to foster student success.
