As the **Warehouse Operations Associate**, you will be responsible for managing warehouse systems and integrating new technology that sustains a measurable amount of results and support that will be felt across the entire company. Additionally, youll use data to drive operational improvements in the right direction and develop tools that will build a solid foundation and maintain workflow efficiency.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

* Handles the onsite responsibilities for the warehouse systems and integrated technologies as intended to support ongoing business operations and growth.

* Accountable for developing, maintaining, supporting all technology-related warehouse endeavors.

* Represents the initial point of contact for all communications or troubleshooting regarding all internal warehouse software and hardware (inventory management system, RF scanners, printers, etc.).

* Produces pertinent reporting when requested and initiates reordering of related supplies as needed.

* Ensures effective work methods, procedures, and controls to achieve accurate and safe completion of assigned work and documentation.

* Evaluates and implements current processes as necessary to ensure completion of assigned tasks.

* Assesses critical information to make effective decisions or educated recommendations to leadership and collaborates with other functional areas to identify new system integration opportunities.

* Takes direction from the Supervisor based on the needs of the client and extended team.

* Serves on committees and task forces as necessary, and collaborates on other projects, functions and tasks as assigned by leadership.

* Leads training/mentoring on new technology and warehouse hardware.

**Qualifications**

* Knowledge of basic warehouse functions

* Familiar with accuracy standards and data interpretation

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

* Must be extremely detail oriented

* Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing

* Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure in deadline driven situation

* Knowledge of multiple office furniture systems desired, including assembly, terminology, and functionality

* Knowledge of or the ability to learn asset management software

* Ability to use judgment to make informed, impactful decisions

**Work Atmosphere & Physical Demands**

* **Navigating through the workspace safely** is important to our client, so you must be able to move distances within and between warehouses/offices, push/pull, lift, and carry up to 75 pounds.

* **Working within a warehouse environment** with industrial conditions comes with moderate noise, changing temperatures, having a presence around mechanical equipment, and moving objects consistently.

* **Being a team player** is valued here and at times, you may be required to change your work hours, wear many hats (pun intended), and carry out tasks alone or with a team.
