Certified Anesthesia Technician - PRN Days

Fast-paced, high volume Anesthesia department is looking for top skilled Certified Anesthesia Techs. Is that you?

Location: Texas Health Plano 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093

Schedule: PRN | Day Shifts with some holiday rotating requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 YOE as an Anesthesia Tech Preferred
  • CAT - Certified Anesthesia Tech Upon Hire Required And
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.

What You Will Do

  • Provides support to anesthesia staff with preparation of room and equipment needed for patient care.
  • Protects patient and personal safety by following department processes, maintaining a sterile environment, and understanding equipment function.
  • Maintains supply, equipment, and pharmacy inventory to optimize delivery of anesthesia services.
  • Maintains cleanliness and proper function of anesthesia equipment and workroom.
  • Able to support Anesthesiologist in Optime.
  • Assists in meeting departmental/hospital KPIs related to patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, financial performances, organizational effectiveness, and community health care (Reach Out Programs)
