Job Description
We are excited to welcome a Supply Chain Administrator to our dynamic team. As a crucial member, you will play an integral role in managing incoming deliverables accurately within our system. Your responsibilities will span across various departments, including Distribution Center (DC), Sales, and Brand Teams. Collaborating closely with Brand Managers, you'll assist with Acumatica-related tasks and Purchase document activities. We're seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn our business, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Essential Job Functions

  • Item Registration and Updates:
    • Register new items into the system, ensuring accurate information.
    • Update existing data, including localization tasks such as measurement conversions and language adjustments.
  • Purchase Order Management:
    • Create and edit Purchase Orders based on information provided by the Brand Management team.
    • Collaborate with Brand and Logistics team members to update upcoming item details, including carton dimensions and weight.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide efficient administrative support, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
    • Handle day-to-day tasks effectively.
  • Cross-Training and Adaptability:
    • Demonstrate adaptability by cross-training between Purchasing and Logistics tasks.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Coordinate seamlessly with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail:
    • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly.
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders and logistics processes.
  • Proactive Issue Identification:
    • Identify potential issues and take preventive measures.
  • Receipt Management:
    • Enter electronic receipts of products for incoming shipments into the system, ensuring accurate arrival information.
  • Container Organization:
    • Update and organize container information, including product location and freight estimates for shipments.
  • Documentation:
    • Provide internal documentation for report generation and purchase forecasting.
    • Share relevant information with external parties as requested.
  • Cost Estimates:
    • Record cost estimate information for booking, customs, duty, and other expenditures related to shipments.

Experience and Work Requirements

  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet management and manipulation.
  • Experience with functions such as data sorting, filtering, and creating formulas.
  • Interest in anime and character products is a plus.
  • Japanese language proficiency is useful but not required.
