We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our family-oriented team as Wheel Nut Assembly (AKA Tapping) Operator on Weekend Warrior Day Shift at our Savanna location.
Job Summary: As a Wheel Nut Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for operating assigned mechanical equipment, ensuring the quality of our products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Job Duties:
- Operate assigned mechanical equipment with precision and efficiency
- Ensure that all products meet quality control requirements
- Complete all necessary documents accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area according to 5S standards
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Experience and Education:
- Work under direct supervision, handling basic issues and referring complex matters to higher-level staff
- Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
Competencies/ Skills:
- Ability to interpret work instructions accurately
- Strong aptitude for following written and verbal directions
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic mathematical concepts
