Join Overture as the Montana Associate Director of Program Services, a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of our services. In this role you will empower individuals and communities across the state based on our model we have developed in three other states. This position offers an exciting opportunity to adapt and refine our successful model to meet Montana's unique needs, drive innovation, and lead a passionate team. You will be instrumental in developing and expanding our programs, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Tailor and implement Overture s successful programs serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to fit Montana s needs.
  • Develop and supervise a dedicated team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Engage with individuals, families, and community stakeholders to promote Overture s services.
  • Drive program innovation by identifying emerging trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute program initiatives.
  • Monitor and adjust caseloads to ensure effective support.
  • Handle complaints, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide on-call support for emergencies and critical incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with Montana s regulations and Overture s policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in social work, Psychology, or a related field, or 5 years of experience in Human Services.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience and/or program development preferred.
  • Knowledge of Montana Development Disabilities Program (DDP) and waiver funding.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record (MVR), background check, and other screenings.
