South Dade Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Body Shop Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The Body Shop Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring best-in-class customer service is delivered to all customers throughout the repair process.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

* Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner as they enter the body shop office and determine the nature of their visit

* Answer incoming phone calls in prompt manner, and route calls to the correct individual, answer basic questions, or take a thorough message

* Call customers to schedule estimates for incoming assignments, call scheduled customers to confirm drop-off date, and perform follow-up calls on delivered vehicles within 24 hours of delivery

* Oversee the Body Shop's administrative processes from start to finish including collection of customer information, managing paperwork surrounding parts orders, repair tickets, basic filing of departmental paperwork, and running reports as requested

* Assist with scheduling Body Shop appointments and estimates

* Prepare Basic Estimates for Customers

* Assist customers with filing Insurance claims and follow-up with insurance companies to collect payments

REQUIREMENTS:

* Professional personal appearance and work ethic

* Team oriented and customer service focused

* Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills

* Detail oriented with proficient computer skills

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside

* Complete Pre-employment Background check and Drug Screening

* Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
