Compensation of Warehouse Worker:
Schedule of Warehouse Worker: - 1 st shift: 6:30am-2:30pm
Responsibilities of Warehouse Worker: - Analyze failed phone according to established methods and procedures
- Resolve technical issues within time schedule and provide the break and fix solution using OEM standard
- Able to dis-assemble and re-assemble Cell Phone into a good cosmetic housing
- Able to remove LCD from back-housing and replace them with a new one
- Able to remove mother-board and battery
- Able to replace screws and make component replacements
- Must be flexible to do other assigned responsibility depending on where need
Requirements of Warehouse Worker: - Ability to operate test equipment.
- Ability to read some schematics.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Possess soldering and de-soldering skills is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform both surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques, as well as operate automated repair equipment (BGA machine).
- Computer skills are a must for accurate data entry of completed units.
