Kelly Services is hiring for a Maintenance Specialist in Allen, TX. Pay: $34.45/hour Schedule: Mon.-Fri. 8 a-5 p Scheduling contractors and vendors in general maintenance and repair duties including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and arranging furniture and partitions. Assist employees with internal relocations by moving and arranging furniture, partitions, and other equipment according to specific directions. Assists other Facilities Maintenance Specialists or outside contractors with electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and servicing. Maintains schedule of required maintenance and inspection of building equipment and systems. Assists with scheduling and training of less experienced facilities maintenance specialists. Oversees specialized outside contractors. Performs tasks that utilize formal training in one or more trades. May perform other job duties as assigned.
