The Electrical Design Engineer will be a leader in the company who will drive project management and design. He/she will play a critical role in ensuring our work is of the highest quality, and deliverables are met even during stringent, often inflexible conditions. As a member of this fast-paced and highly motivated team, you will use your creativity and diverse range of engineering training to explore solutions to a variety of electrical system problems. The Electrical Engineer will participate in the production, design, and construction phases of the project on a diverse range of building types. The candidate will work cross-functionally with other disciplines and multiple project teams. If you get excited about problem-solving and innovative thinking, then H2Engineering is for you.
This position is a remote work position that requires the candidate reside in the North Florida
region.

Required Skills:
- 4-8 years experience designing and developing projects from concept to completion
- Design experience in power and lighting systems for institutional, correctional, educational, medical, and/or public safety projects to include preparing construction documents, engineering reports, and conducting field investigations
- Experience in designing projects over $5 million construction cost
- Must be able to prepare deliverables including calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications
- Detailed knowledge of general building construction and electrical systems is essential
- Excellent analytical and technical skills needed
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills required
- Pursuing P.E. license in Florida
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
