**The Gig**
You will be responsible for prepping work surfaces to turbines, separators, and all other finished goods and pieces in a sequential process using an array of tools and equipment. Inspect each product upon completion to ensure specifications are met with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
**What Youll Do**
* The Paint Prep personnel needs to be detail-oriented, adept at interpreting paint codes, working and communicating with others.
* Meet production deadlines.
* Skilled at learning new processes and technologies.
* Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary product in your work station.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area.
* Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures.
**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs.
* May sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
* May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
**What You Need**
* Forklift driver qualification **(preferred)**.
* Experience with data entry and general use on computer systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer focused attitude.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Work and communicate with others.
* Self- motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Extreme attention to detail.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proficient with a variety of manual and power tools.
* Able to stand, bend and preform repetitive motion for extended periods.
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
