**What you will be doing**
The resort is a diverse property with two complexes, two main buildings and several other buildings spread out over many acres. The Rooms Controller maintains room blocking and assigns rooms according to guest guarantees, requests and preferences wherever possible, pulling rooms from the Estates Complex to maximize revenue. This position requires clear and confident communication (with guests, Front Office team, Sales, Reservations and Housekeeping departments) to accommodate room changes, sell out nights, late check out requests, over commitments regarding room type and to coordinate group arrivals. Other duties include assisting with Front Desk check in/ check out and guest communication, PBX operator, daily reports, working as Front Desk "Lead" during times of low occupancy, assisting with guest requests, complaints and questions as needed.
**What you need**
One year Front Desk agent or supervisory experience, preferably at Margaritaville Lake Resort, comprehensive knowledge of English language, ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, good mathematical and computer skills, typing 25 words per minute or more.
