Requirements
BRM has multiple responsibilities focusing on three different areas of interaction including the Client, the team members that service the Client, and Softtek Management
Responsible for Revenue Attainment vs. annual quota/goal, as well delivering the TCV required to generate the corresponding revenue
BRM must have an undergraduate degree (BRM Sr is preferred to have a master's degree)
BRM must have sales experience
BRM Sr minimum of five years sales experience selling IT Services in B2B"
The Candidate should be a seasoned sales executive
The Candidate should have experience bringing new logos in the industries: Such as Banking & Financial Services (ideally), or Insurance Other B2B "
The Candidate should have a proven record of closing deals of $5,000,000 USD or higher
Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
Proven experience being responsible for selling digital technology services, Application Management, IT infrastructure management, app development, testing, etc.
Experience selling IT services to B2B clients
Experience selling deals above $5M in Total Contract Value
Experience selling services deals or services-led solutions
Experience penetrating new clients
Experience growing existing customers
Experience developing and executing annual Account Plan
Bilingual Preferred
Required Languages
Advanced English 80 - 95%
