**About Google Ad Buyer**
Youll be joining an exceptional team thats responsible for driving revenue & translating the Founders Brand Vision inside one of the fastest growing Beauty Brands in the Skincare industry. Youll be working alongside a team of extremely driven, ambitious, & hard-working groups whose aim is to continue pushing the growth & dominate the beauty industry.
**What you will do:**
You will bring your knowledge of Google Ad Buying to scale and optimize multiple google ads and learn from other team members who work remotely all over the world.
You will be a strategic thinker who can properly prioritize tests (risks vs reward analysis), read and see data patterns and navigate between short term victories/losses and long-term victories.
You will be an innovator and creative problem solver. Basically, If there is a box you are thinking and working effectively and independently outside of it!
**What we expect:**
* Must have the ability to create and optimize multiple Google Ads account at scale
* Must have perfect knowledge of google ad buying, scaling strategies and content needs
* Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot errors related to Google Ads.
* Proven budget management skills
* Communicate relevant results to clients and team members in weekly meetings.
* Must be able to bring and communicate your perspective freely and openly and stand up for their ideas when they are right
* Must have the ability to effectively work on a team or autonomously to achieve your goal and meet all deadlines
* Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by bringing valuable insights into meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles.
* Skilled in ASANA or relevant project management software, preferred (not Required!)
* Must have a positive attitude/winner mindset with the ability to commit in order to achieve whatever you want even if the task is tough
* Must have the ability to attend meeting with team members and clients on EST time zone
