As a Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to assist with all daily operations of the restaurant. You are responsible for coordinating communication and teamwork in the management team to meet restaurant goals. This position is key to maintaining and growing sales by delivering an exceptional, quality customer experience every time. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of Team Members.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist and supervise training and development of Team Members.
Communicate, train, and educate Team Members and Managers on all changes or new procedures,
processes, products, promotions, or equipment introduced to the restaurant.
Assist in development of Managers, Shift Leaders, Cooks and Cashiers.
Maintain and build sales.
Conducting and managing inventory.
Placing food orders and processing invoices.
Track and manage labor and food costs to meet restaurant goals.
Assist in preparation of work schedules for Team Members.
Manage daily operations of opening, closing and mid shifts.
Maintain restaurant equipment in working order and request service or repair for
issues.
Directly responsible for maintaining food safety, personal safety, and sanitation standards for
the restaurant according to health department regulations and company standards.
Comply with and maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards for all Team
Members.
Monitor adherence to all applicable labor laws.
Other projects/duties as assigned by the General Manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
This position will involve some repetitive motion tasks.
This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow
written and oral instructions and procedures.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a kitchen environment housed with equipment such as a charbroiler, flat
grill, slicer, and chef's knives. The Team Member is frequently exposed to heat, steam, fire, and
noise.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures in a restaurant.
Basic knowledge of general business practices.
Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic math skills and computer competency.
Customer service focused and oriented.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and professionalism.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2-4 year of experience in related food service management position preferred.
High school degree or equivalent preferred.
Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs.
Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and training.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $62,000 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable) .
