One of their innovative products is the Morozko Forge, the first ice bath in the world to make its own ice. Unlike traditional cold tubs, cold plunges, or cold showers, Morozko ice baths maintain freezing temperatures and use ozone disinfection to ensure clean water without chemicals. The company is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle but does not claim to diagnose, cure, or prevent specific diseases or medical conditions. The Morozko ice baths are not medical devices and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Specialist at Morozko Forge, LLC located in Phoenix, AZ. Under the direction of the Marketing Director, and in cooperation with the Owned Media Manager, Operations Engineer, Sales Director, and Science Director, the Media Specialist will:
- Storyboard, capture, edit, and produce customer-facing long-form instructional and marketing videos, still photographs, and other media, in accordance with the Morozko Media Plan.
- Design and direct production of print publications, including customer manuals, medical guides, brochures and marketing collaterals, scientific and/or educational materials, product catalogs, and books.
- Support production of slides, visual aids, banners and other materials for lectures and public appearances by Morozko executives.
- Create emails and social media posts and manage certain Morozko media accounts, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and/or others.
- Develop web-based content including pages, product descriptions, blog or journal articles, and monitor site performance metrics, including customer journey and experience, conversion rates, site bottlenecks, and errors, in accordance with the Morozko Media Plan (Web Development Roadmap),
- Monitor SEO analytics, perform keyword and competitor analyses, prepare SEM reports, media mentions, brand reputation, and continuously improve Morozko standing in digital ecosystems.
- Innovate and experiment with new forms and strategies for digital media that continuously improve Morozko Media performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience creating high-impact digital media content consistent with organizational mission & values
- Strong communication, storycrafting, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting research and analyzing data and proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, wix, and analytics platforms such as moz.com
- Knowledge of current media trends and platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
- Work experience or familiarity with building trades and/or manufacturing is a plus
- Personal experience with ice baths is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
The Media Specialist is a salaried, overtime exempt position expected to pay between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending upon the qualifications of the applicant, plus performance bonuses based on media productivity. The successful applicant can expect:

Morozko does not offer health insurance or other benefits, except the legal minimum paid time off. The Media Specialist position will be eligible for profit-sharing, if and when Morozko implements such as program.
