Position Responsibilities Include: Leading the team by communicating, coaching, motivating and building sales, Focus on employees to build great teamwork, Ensure that employees are providing guests with the highest standard of service and food quality set by Tijuana Flats, Make sure every shift is managed properly, Ensure cleanliness is maintained, Create an environment that is positive, productive and fun to work in.

* Be creative to deliver a positive & fun working environment
* Be organized & quick on your feet
* Have a minimum 1 year management experience
* Have BOH or previous KM experience (our managers run FOH & BOH)
