**Assistant General Manager**
We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team at Menorah Park. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing and training the staff to achieve high levels of performance and exceptional results for our front of the house dining room in an upscale Assisted Living setting.
**Essential Qualifications** **:**
* Must have good organizational skills.
* Must have at least one years experience managing a dining room setting.
* Trains both front of the house staff and back of the house staff on proper procedures for each area.
* Serve Safe Certified is a plus.
* Acts in place of General Restaurant Manager in their absence.
* Performs other assigned and related duties as required.
