As an RN in the Acute Rehab Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.Registered Nurse (RN) - NEW Acute Rehab Unit Location: Lewiston, IdahoSalary: $66,680.00 - $112,095.00 Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Bonus Details:Qualified candidates who commit to a two-year employment agreement will be eligible for a $15,000 bonus, paid out incrementally over the commitment period.RELOCATION PACKAGEResponsibilities:Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.Educate patients and their families on recovery goals and self-care techniques.Must-Haves1) Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho2) Current Basic Life Support (BLS)3) Minimum of an Associate degree in NursingNice-To-Haves1) Bachelor's degree - Nursing (BSN)2) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)3) Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)4) Minimum six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care settingIf you are a dedicated RN looking to make a positive impact in a dynamic healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
