We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at 11 Boutique. As a
Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and
maintaining a positive shopping experience for our clients. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, fashion-
forward, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Provide
personalized shopping experiences by understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, product features, and promotions.
Be able to effectively communicate this information to customers and provide styling advice.
Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, upselling products, and promoting current promotions and discounts.
Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the boutique by maintaining an
organized and visually appealing sales floor. Ensure merchandise is neatly arranged and displays are
updated regularly.
Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies.
Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and restocking merchandise. Keep track of inventory levels
and report any discrepancies to the management team.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up with
customers on purchases and promote customer loyalty programs.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall boutique goals.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.

Requirements
Full Time required. Must be able to work weekends.
