This position provides direction, training and development opportunities to front-line managers and part-time staff during events. The Tournament & Events Manager will work closely with outside event owners, other Paradise Coast Sports Complex leaders and the Finance Manager in order to successfully accomplish these responsibilities. This position will work closely with the General Manager to generate revenue through sporting events, programming and special events.
