Position:Facilities Set-Up

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
The setting up and removal of various meeting room sets
Clothing, skirting and chairing up of tables
Setting up water stations, note pads and pencils
Making changes to room sets on short notice
Moving pianos
Setting up staging and placing of easels
Working in a safe manner
Meeting with group contacts and dispersing information received regarding set-ups

Secondary Responsibilities:
Communicating through a two-way radio
Placing equipment in the proper storage areas
Maintenance of equipment

Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
Day shift and night shift- Shift time and days off varies depending on business

Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work, number of years required, equivalent experience, etc.)
Hospitality experience preferred
Ability to work independently

Educational Requirements: (Degree/Certification, highest required/preferred, field of study)
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
