$120,000-$165,000 + EQUITY + BENEFITS

THE ROLE:
As the Senior Bioinformatics Scientist, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing machine learning models and software
- Analyzing biological datasets to figure out what tools/algorithms/pipelines are best fit for purpose
- Collaborate with different project teams to impact all aspects of the business (scientific or otherwise)
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
The successful Senior Bioinformatics Scientist will have the following skills and experience:
- PhD in a mathematical or computational field
- Experience applying machine learning to biological data within industry
- Frequent analysis work with NGS datasets
- Proficiency in Python (and associated ML stack)
- Prior work with Bayesian modeling highly desirable
- RNASeq analysis skills highly desirable
