Job Description
Paradigm is searching for an Electronics Assembly Technician to support our client in the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry, serving a broad range of dynamic hi-tech industries. This is an onsite opportunity with four-day work week (Mon-Thurs) with overtime availability.

Type: Direct Hire

Location: McMinnville, OR (Onsite)

As an Electronics Assembly Technician you will:
Assemble electronic products to the drawing and documentation specifications
Prepping, stuffing, and assisting with selective soldering operations
Machine operation
Perform modifications to printed circuit boards when needed
Operate board heaters, the press fitters, and soldering tools
Follow instructions with standards of excellence
Use the manufacturing execution system (MES) to track the status of jobs
Inspect work to ensure all finished products exceed the given standards

Requirements

Our skills and experience wishlist includes:
2+ Years of experience working in a production environment (preferred)
Soldering Experience
Basic Computer Skills
IPC-A-610/J-STD-001/IPC-7711 Certifications would be a plus
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Exceptional problem-solver
