The Resident Relations Supervisor and Front Desk Associates are the initial point of contact for people entering the lobby, and as such, must have a professional appearance and warmly greet homeowners and guests.The Resident Relations Supervisor will act as a liaison between building Management and Residents. The Resident Relations Supervisor will also be responsible for the performance of all Front Desk Staff and will be required to cover any gaps in scheduling. The Resident Relations Supervisor is responsible for the tracking of all guests, deliveries and vendors that come to the property and ensuring that all have proper approval from Residents and or Management to enter the premises.Requirements:
